Marrone Produce also operates its own washing and packing facility. This enables Marrone to control the quality and freshness  from the field to the final packed product, using strict specifications and product standards.

The washing facility is made up of state of the art Wyma water hoppers and rotary brush units. These brushes allow for the differences in product characteristics when washing and result in high quality finishes.

The quality accredited packing facility has large volume and separate refrigerated storage space for holding product and a number of dedicated packing lines using soft tipping unloaders, modern sorting and packing equipment.

Constructed of sandwich panels with partitioned sections, the facility has two main coolrooms, two packing halls, separate staff facilities and despatch area.The packing facility has a number of packing lines able to pack product in crates, bags or retail trays.
